Group assingment 2 Discussion - What we are going to do / MEETING TIME

I think we should meet on Thrusday if thats ok with everyone.. I'm not working and I have alot of time to spare.. Also this is my schedule for other days. Friday from 10am - 2pm. Saturday and Sunday from 9am - 2 pm. Let me know your schedules as well guys. I will purchase at least 2 poster boards, something from Walmart, so if you guys want to buy one too, you can..

I can't meet on Thursday, I will be out of town, but if you guys want to meet it's fine. I can meet on Friday during that time. Otherwise, I can meet on Saturday after 6pm, Sunday after 8pm, and Monday before 2 and after 9pm. I have work Saturday and Sunday. Class on Monday.

I think that we only need one poster. One of the trifold, science fair types would be good, like this. I think that they sell them at wal-mart.

I was thinking, that when everyone posts their individual 2, we should choose the best three ideas/designs and print out those sketches. Maybe add a bit to them, more detail, further directions, and paste those to the board. We could work on more text in the library or Woodward 335 and print pages to paste on the board. Like the titles, requirements description, etc.

I will also be out of town on thursday but I should be available late friday afternoon, I have to help a friend move and can't guarantee a time that we will be done. But I can definitely meet early on saturday and sunday after 2pm. I agree with nick for picking a sketch and adding to it.

Ok, I like that poster board too, I just went to go buy a regular poster board layout, so I'll return them. Ok That poster board sounds good and I can meet friday in the morning time. I think we should meet in the Woodward building incase we need to print out some of our ideas for the poster board. So far so good. Any suggestions on who should buy the poster board? I don't mind getting it, but if someone else wants to thats fine as well.
